Public servants in the Chilean Ministries of Energy and Environment
In an effort to provide continuing education opportunities to Chileans dedicating their careers to public service, a Luksic Fellowship was established at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) in 2011. Admitted candidates from the Chilean Ministry of Energy earned MPA degrees in the Program in Economic Policy and Management, while the Ministry of Environment employees attended the Program in Environmental Science and Policy. Upon successful completion of the programs, the Luksic Fellows returned to Chile to further their careers in their respective ministries.

Chilean university professors
After the first Babson SEE program was conducted in Chile in 2006, Babson and the Luksic family began to explore ideas for a longer-term approach to creating impact in entrepreneurial education in Chile. In 2009, a two-part case writing and case teaching workshop was conducted for Chilean professors from various universities in Santiago. In part one, they were placed in teams to write cases under the guidance of a Babson faculty member, and during part two they were taught new methods for case teaching. The success of this program led to the elaboration of a longer-term engagement for SEE programs in Chile.
