About the Program

Each year, the Institute for Skills and Innovation at Sciences Po organizes a two-day International Teaching and Learning Workshop, the objective of which is to introduce participants to strategies on pedagogical innovation, in order to exchange best practices and create a teaching and learning community. The Workshop is designed for university educators of all kinds, who share a desire to develop pedagogical transformations and have a potential impact on the diffusion of innovative teaching and learning practices.

Since 2019, Chilean professors have been invited to participate in this Workshop, including a two-day pre-Workshop seminar designed specifically for them by the Institute. Initially set up with support from Quiñenco S.A., since 2022 this opportunity is now coordinated by the Luksic Scholars Foundation.

Candidates will be awarded scholarships and/or funding directly from the university to which they apply. The university is exclusively responsible for selection and admissions decisions, and does so at its complete discretion and, subject only to the eligibility conditions established by the respective program. The Luksic Scholars Foundation has no participation or influence in the application processes, admissions decisions, or awarding of scholarships.

what scholars say

I dedicate myself to teaching public policies and the necessary development of innovation skills that are required for this. Participating in the Seminar at Sciences Po allowed me to dialogue about practices, methods and mechanisms implemented in the classroom by that prestigious institution and share with Chilean colleagues with whom we reflected on how to enrich our practices towards the future to achieve a comprehensive quality education.”
