The Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education program “Negotiating Across Differences: Concepts, Strategies, and Tools,” is organized by the Harvard Kennedy School (HKS) at Harvard University, in collaboration with the Luksic Scholars Foundation in Chile.<\/p>\n
This program aims to explore negotiation methods to equip organizational leaders with the strategic, analytical, and communication skills needed for effective dialogues. Additionally, it provides the necessary tools to diagnose problems, build successful coalitions, and create solid agreements. It\u00a0will be led by HKS Faculty who have extensive experience in training professionals on a global level.<\/p>\n
There is no cost associated for those who are accepted onto the program. Program fees are covered by the Foundation.<\/em><\/p>\n Workshop dates<\/strong><\/p>\n January 10 and 11, 2024 (2 days)<\/p>\n Format<\/strong><\/p>\n In-person and with simultaneous translation available (English to Spanish).<\/p>\n Location<\/strong><\/p>\n Santiago, Chile.<\/p>\n For selected participants residing outside Santiago, accommodation and domestic flights will be provided. Local transportation is not included and is the responsibility of the selected participant.<\/em><\/p>\n Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n Mid to senior-level professionals from the public sector, private sector, universities, research centers, and nonprofit organizations with professional experience ranging from 10 to 15 years.<\/p>\n Applications<\/strong><\/p>\n Applications closed in November 2023.<\/p>\n The admission process for this course is exclusively administered by the Harvard Kennedy School, through its Executive Education Division and it\u2019s executed at the sole discretion and in alignment with the eligibility criteria established within the respective program and its statutes.
