Grace Lordan is the author of Think Big<\/em>, Associate Professor, and founding Director of The Inclusion Initiative at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Grace is an economist and an expert advisor to the UK government sitting on their skills and productivity board, a member of the UK government\u2019s BEIS social mobility taskforce and is on the Women in Finance Charter\u2019s advisory board.
