These questions are particularly relevant at a time when we start to fully understand the consequences of responses to the COVID-19 pandemic on a range of aspects of people\u2019s lives: from mental health to domestic violence, from economic to educational outcomes. A focus on wellbeing can challenge the processes through which different public policy goals have been prioritized.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steve Baker (@SteveBakerHW<\/a>) is the Conservative MP for Wycombe and Deputy Chairman of the COVID Recovery Group.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paul Dolan (@profpauldolan<\/a>) is Professor of Behavioural Science at the London School of Economics and Political Science.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nancy Hey (@Work_Life_You<\/a>) is Executive Director of the What Works Centre for Wellbeing.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Johanna Thoma (@johannamthoma1<\/a>) is Associate Professor at the Department of Philosophy, Logic and Scientific Method at LSE.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Julia Black is Strategic Director of Innovation and Professor of Law in the Department of Law at LSE.
