Longtime diplomat Alex Wolff will analyze challenges that the Trump administration will have to address leading up to the November 2020 US presidential elections.\u00a0

Topics to be discussed will include how the current solid economy could play well for the administration; repercussions of the Mueller Report and the New York federal prosecutor investigations into possible campaign-finance violations; the upsurge of Democratic candidates as Primary Season approaches; and several issues on international affairs:

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Trade with China \u2013 where will it lead?
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 North Korea containment \u2013 is it possible?<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alejandro D. Wolff served as US Ambassador to Chile (2010-2013) and to the United Nations (2005-2010). He retired from the State Department in 2013 after a 33-year career during which he held key positions in France, the EU, Cyprus, Morocco and Algeria. His assignments in Washington included tours as Deputy Executive Secretary of the State Department (1996-1998) and as Executive Assistant to Secretaries of State Madeleine Albright and Colin Powell (1998-2001). Currently, he advises businesses and governments on political and commercial matters.
