Chile is experiencing its worst economic and social crisis in decades. CORFO seeks to support recovery using entrepreneurship policy. In this paper we propose a model for entrepreneurship policy reorientation in times of crisis. We leverage and translate entrepreneurship research on ecosystem democracy, spontaneous venturing and social cohesion.
