The \u201cFaculty Seminar at Sciences Po<\/strong><\/a>\u201d is taking place once again in Paris, France, from June 7th – June 10th, for professors from Chilean universities. It includes a personalized 2-day Seminar + another 2-day Workshop focusing on \u201cThe Future of Pedagogy in the Post-COVID Era\u201d. Applications close on April 22nd, 2022<\/strong>. Program objectives<\/strong>: The goal of the program is to share thoughts and practices on teaching and learning approaches, on post-Covid education. It will address the impact of pedagogical transformation during the Covid period, how it can lead not only to new, comprehensive teaching methods but also to reasserting key pillars of pedagogy. This workshop is organized by Sciences Po\u2019s Institute for Skills and Innovation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants from Chile will take part in a specially-designed 2-day seminar on June 7th and 8th<\/strong>, focusing on the challenges and opportunities of post-Covid education, on crucial topics of pedagogy such as tools to develop students\u2019 skills, faculty support, digital resources, creation of new methodologies, and student assessments. They will then participate in Sciences Po\u2019s International Teaching and Learning Workshop on June 9th and 10th<\/strong>, which will gather 30 participants from around the world and aims to foster the exchange of best practices. Previous editions of the workshop included participants from Harvard, Princeton, Columbia, The London School of Economics, King\u2019s College London, amongst others.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Language<\/strong>: The program will be taught in English (simultaneous interpretation will not be available); therefore, it\u2019s recommended to have at least a B2 level of English proficiency.
Eligibility<\/strong>: Professors at Chilean universities
What\u2019s Included<\/strong>: Travel costs (flights, hotel etc.) and participation fees are covered by the Foundation.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants will be selected exclusively by Sciences Po based on their prior experience in the realm of pedagogy or pedagogical reforms, along with their potential to return to their own institutions and implement innovative teaching and learning practices and faculty development.
