Join Ben Ross Schneider, Ford International Professor of Political Science and Director of the MIT Chile Program, alongside two Luksic Scholars: Loreto Cox and Clemente Sanchez, for an interactive information session + Q&A on the Doctorate of Political Sciences program at the Department of Political Science at MIT.
Ben Ross Schneider is the Ford International Professor of Political Science and director of the MIT Chile program. Prior to joining the department in 2008, Schneider taught at Princeton University and Northwestern University.
Loreto Cox received her Ph.D. in Political Science at MIT in 2019 and is currently an Assistant Professor at the School of Government at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC Chile). She is an economist and sociologist from PUC Chile. She specializes in political behavior and higher education.
Clemente Sánchez is a current Ph.D. student in the Department of Political Science at MIT specializing in Comparative Politics and Methodology. He is interested in environmental politics, regulatory enforcement, and state capacity in Latin America. He received his BA in Political Science from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC Chile).
