Digitizing Public Services: executive training course

Following consultations with the Office of the Prime Minister of Croatia, the Harvard Kennedy School is designing courses to focus on public sector capacity building, including digital transformation in health care services.The inaugural course—at the National School of Public Adminstration in Zagreb—brought Kennedy School faculty together with frontline policymakers and practitioners to identify solutions for the most pressing issues.
